Do you love swimming, sunbathing, or gazing at the harbour view? Then walk past the Harbour Bath at Islands Brygge in Copenhagen, where children, young people and adults since 2002 has been able to a refreshing and free swim in the city centre.   

The Harbour Bath at Islands Brygge has 5 basins, consisting of a 30-centimetre basin for the smallest children, a 1.2-metre basin for larger children and a 2.5-metre exercise basin. Last but not least, one can also choose the jumping basin with 1, 3 and 5-metre platforms to jump from. The water quality is continuously checked by the Environmental Control, and the grounds are supervised by lifeguards all day during the season.   

The lawn in front of the Harbour Bath offers plenty of space for blankets and for a beach game. Here the Culture House of the Islands Brygge is also located which offers refreshments and food during the day, but also have various events, concerts and community dining all year round. Combine a trip to the harbour with a free evening concert or dance, or take sausages, hamburgers and a disposable grill under your arm and enjoy yourself with friends and family. Everybody is welcome.
