Øbro-Hallen is one of the most popular public swimming baths in Copenhagen. The beautiful vaulted ceiling and the large, old pillars have hosted thousands of swimming tours for Copenhageners through time. Øbro-Hallen is Denmark's first public swimming bath and opened its doors in 1930.
Today, locals are still enjoying this old Copenhagen swimming bath that has been renovated to keep up with modern comfort. The changing rooms are equipped with modern facilities, and the swimming pool has a nice spa area. In the spa you can enjoy a variety of pleasures with Finnish and infrared saunas, steam baths, spa baths, caldariums, foot therapy baths, candle light and hot water pools.
The swimming pool has three pools. The 25-meter large basin great for swimming tours for retirees, beginners, practitioners and professionals. The 1, 3, 5 and 10-meter lashes temp you to do bold jumps.
The small and warm baby basins are often filled with sweet babies having their first swim with their proud parents. Next to the baby basin is the children's basin with plenty of playing tools that the children can enjoy.
If you need a break, the sun can be enjoyed on the rooftop terrace during the summer, and inside you can seat on the balcony overlooking Øbro-Hallen.
